What should I expect from OptiMind®?
OptiMind® was scientifically formulated with ingredients to help you stay focused, give you energy, and enhance mental performance. While people might have different experiences since we all have unique brain chemistry, many of our customers report experiencing increased focused and long-lasting energy while taking OptiMind® daily. How many capsules should I take per serving?
The recommended amount is 2 capsules per serving. However, some people start with 1 capsule to see how it feels, and then try 2 to get the full effect.
Everyone’s body is different and so the effects will vary. Experiment with taking different quantities during different times of the day to find the ideal combination for your body and mind.
How quickly will my order ship?
Typically, orders typically ship in 1-2 business days unless you paid for expedited handling. They usually take 4-5 business days for delivery within the U.S. Orders outside the U.S. will take longer. Holidays may delay shipments as well.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Prepaid cards can be used to purchase as well, but there’s a processing fee of $8.88 for the trial.
How many capsules/servings are in each bottle of OptiMind®?
The bottles come with 32 capsules or 16 servings per bottle.
Not everyone uses OptiMind® everyday, which is why we provide 16 servings per bottle. For those who want to use it everyday, we offer subscriptions for 2 or more bottles with savings. Contact our customer service for more information!
How long is the trial for OptiMind®?
Our trial is 14 days long starting with the day you place your order. On the 15th day, you’re enrolled into our membership program unless you cancel before then. During your trial, you’ll receive a packet of 10 pills to use as you choose.

Does OptiMind® meet FDA requirements?
Yes, OptiMind® is manufactured in a GMP-certified lab under the FDA requirements. The FDA does not approve individual supplements though. For more information, check out the FDA’s policies on dietary supplements.
Does OptiMind® have negative side effects?
There are few reports of any negative side effects from taking OptiMind®. Although OptiMind® impacts most people in a very positive way, the only real way to know how OptiMind® will impact you is to try it.
We do not advise women who are pregnant or persons under 18 to take OptiMind®. Please check the ingredients for any allergies you may have. If you are taking any medication or have pre-existing medical conditions, consult your doctor before starting a new supplement regiment.
Can I drink coffee with OptiMind®?
Some people still drink coffee while taking OptiMind®, but it can have negative side effects depending on your tolerance for caffeine. Please consult your doctor and see how you respond to OptiMind® alone before trying it in combination with coffee or other stimulants.
Can I take OptiMind® all year long?
Yes. We take OptiMind® nearly every day and have had no negative side effects. In fact, OptiMind® is designed to deliver more benefits the longer you take it.
However, daily use of caffeine could increase your tolerance level. We recommend taking a day off here and there to avoid building any tolerance.
Can I take OptiMind® with my prescription medication?
Unfortunately, we’re not qualified to answer this question for you. Only your doctor can tell you if your medication could negatively interact with the ingredients in OptiMind®.
Can I take OptiMind® if I have a pre-existing medical condition?
Unfortunately, we’re not qualified to answer this question for you. We advise that you ask your doctor before taking OptiMind® to ensure absolute safety.
What allergens are present in OptiMind®?
OptiMind® is gluten-free, vegetarian, and preservative-free! Trace amounts of soy and corn may be present.
Can I get OptiMind® outside of the U.S.?
Very soon! OptiMind® trial is currently only available for shipping within the U.S. Bottle orders are available in the U.S. and Canada.
However, we’re in the process of expanding to international shipping this year! We’ll announce it on our Facebook page once we do, so be sure to follow us there! Also, feel free to contact customer service and we’ll reach out to you when shipping is available in your area.

Why was I charged?
OptiMind® is a subscription service, just like Netflix. If you signed up for the trial, but didn’t cancel before 14 days passed, then you were enrolled in our subscription service. To learn more about refunds, returns, and canceling, go here.

Can I get a refund if I do not like OptiMind®?
Absolutely. We believe in OptiMind® so much that we’ll give you 100% money back (including shipping and handling) on the first order (bottle) of OptiMind® you purchase, for up to 30 days after purchase, if you’re not satisfied. To determine if your eligible for a refund, read over our terms of service. You can also contact customer service to request a refund and learn the necessary steps involved.

How do I take RestUp™?
Take RestUp™ on nights that you plan to get 8 hours of sleep. Take RestUp™ with a glass of water 30-60 minutes before bed. Do not drive or operate any machinery after taking RestUp™. Do not exceed more than 5 capsules per 24-hour period.
How should I expect to feel after taking RestUp™?
Shortly after taking RestUp™, you’ll feel relaxed and sleepy. Help transition yourself into sleep by avoiding TV, music, and your phone.

What are the possible side effects of RestUp™?
We haven’t had any negative side effects from RestUp™ reported. As with all sleep aids, there is a possibility of drowsiness. Adjust your dosage if you find yourself drowsy the next day. Other possible side effects can include headaches, dizziness, and short-term feelings of depression, stomach cramps, and irritability.
